Warranty maintenance

To repair your product under warranty or to receive post-warranty maintenance, you may send equipment by any of the listed carriers:

  • PEC;
  • Business lines;
  • Baikal Service and others (door delivery).

The delivery notification is obligatory! It is necessary to say the name of the carrier and a delivery number.

Terms and address of delivery

  • The addressee is a legal entity that has rendered an invoice for products;
  • The parcel shall be securely and carefully packed to avoid any damage;
  • The delivery shall contain an acceptance certificate (sample), this certificate shall be also sent via e-mail at servis-fmg@mail.ru
  • The term of warranty service is max. 7-10 working days, depending on its complexity and availability of necessary component parts;
  • If the sender has failed to attach a certificate of equipment failure, the seller (the manufacturer) is entitled to conduct a full paid diagnostics (inspection) to detect a failure and cause resulting in such failure;
  • The diagnostics (inspection) is conducted at the seller’s (manufacturer’s) expense, but, if the inspection shows that the failure resulted from circumstances outside the seller’s (manufacturer’s) responsibility, the customer shall recover expenses of the seller (manufacturer) for this inspection (including cost for products transportation and storage).

If the customer fails to observe the warranty conditions, the repair is conducted free of charge.

  • Non-warranty obligations of the seller (manufacturer):
  • Service maintenance;
  • The cost of non-warranty repair is at least 30% (but not less than 500 roubles) of the product cost, except for non-amendable equipment;
  • If the sent equipment has no failures, the conducted equipment (device) diagnostics is deemed to be service maintenance and is paid separately, the equipment (device) diagnostics costs 500 roubles;
  • If the sent equipment is defective, the conducted equipment (device) diagnostics is deemed to me service maintenance and is paid separately, the equipment (device) diagnostics costs 500 roubles.

Please be reminded that a delivery notification is obligatory! It is necessary to say the name of the carrier and a delivery number.
