CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES
The load-bearing all-welded steel construction provides rigidity and stability of the machine, minimizes vibration, it allows intensive processing without the milling quality reduction.
Linear guides and drives of the famous HIWIN brand ensure high accuracy, speed and stability of operation. The table is made in T-shaped technology, with grooves for mechanical fastening of the part, which allows reducing energy costs (compared to vacuum tables).
All mobile mechanisms, including the spindle of the machine, are covered with screens that exclude external influences, dust ingress and protect them from unauthorized access during operation.
As in other models of our equipment, we use well-proven electronic components from the world leaders LeadShine, OBEH, Delta.
The machine is controlled by a digital processor (DSP), which is programmed to operate in the following modes: manual movement, processing by file and repeated work on the file.
